The true motive behind Olswang's office move from Long Acre to Holborn has been revealed.
The Diary was recently discussing yet another stardust-sprinkled media deal with a partner from the not-quite-as-trendy-as-it-used-to-be City outfit when he abruptly glazed over with the thousand-yard stare of the overworked associate.
After a full five minutes of the partner staring out the window across the City, your correspondent was forced to check for a pulse.
“We look directly on to that hotel,” the partner gestured with a start, at last remembering he wasn't alone. "Sometimes you see some 'interesting' things.
"Meeting room three is the best," he added with a lusty glint in his eye. "That looks over the presidential suite...”
